Lynne Diffee is the founder, President and CEO of Standardized Systems Solutions. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University and achieved ASQ certifications as Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt and Plexus certified “Train the Trainer”, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and Lead Auditor for TS16949 Quality Management Systems.

Miranda Smith is Vice President and COO of Standardized Systems Solutions. Dr. Smith earned her PhD in Engineering Management from Southern California University for Professional Studies, recently graduated from Webster University with a Masters Degree in Procurement Management, and recently achieved Project Management Professional Certification from Project Management Institute. Dr. Smith teaches Engineering courses at Southern Illinois University and provides training for workforce development in a variety of industries.

Dennis Mesecher is Vice President of Operations for Standardized Systems Solutions. Dennis earned a Bachelors of Science Degree majoring in Business Administration and a minor in Industrial Technology from Culver-Stockton College and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has received certification in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design of Experiments (DOE), Toyota Production System (TPS), Team Oriented Problem Solving (TOPS), and more.
